Next Steps
  • In addition to what we discussed last time, here are some new needs that we will be addressing:
    • Online accounting software with member management module attached to it (CRM)
    • Storefront, including online credit card processing (dependent upon Chamber’s bank or gateway, or utilizing a third-party online merchant credit card processing company)
    • Weather feed
    • Banner advertising management system
    • Customized email campaigns from your website (includes tracking and measurement)

  • Full-service customer support both during the creation of the websites as well as throughout ongoing management (2 years)
    • Technical data administrator will be assigned to provide customer service, technical assistance, data entry and collaboration
  • Organizations can choose the level of support they prefer in the following areas:
